Ingredients

  • 4 Large peaches

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 cup of ricotta

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons of honey 

  • ½ teaspoon of pepper 

  • ½ teaspoon salt


Preparation

PREP

  1. Cut peaches in half and de-pitt

  2. Then coat peaches in olive oil and sprinkle with brown sugar, and salt

  3. 1 grill pan or (traditional grill)


PEACHES

  1. Heat grill pan to medium-high heat 

  2. Grill peaches face down for 2 minutes or until grill marks are prominent

  3. Next, place peaches face up on a plate and fill pit indentation with ricotta


DECORATING

  1. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pepper
