Ingredients
4 Large peaches
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup of ricotta
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of honey
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation
PREP
Cut peaches in half and de-pitt
Then coat peaches in olive oil and sprinkle with brown sugar, and salt
1 grill pan or (traditional grill)
PEACHES
Heat grill pan to medium-high heat
Grill peaches face down for 2 minutes or until grill marks are prominent
Next, place peaches face up on a plate and fill pit indentation with ricotta
DECORATING
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pepper
