Preparation
The Broth
You can go simple, most noodle packages come with broth seasoning, or you can substitute it with bone broth and doctor it with the following:
6 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar (you can also use white wine vinegar but you have to add ½ tablespoon of sugar to offset the sourness)
